Processing Architecture
Commodity mushroom suppliers run everything through the same extract → mill → encapsulate line. The Coral Tooth platform splits early into format-specific lanes chosen for your product.
H. coralloides fruiting bodies have a delicate, branching coral morphology — unlike dense lion's mane pom-poms. The platform prioritizes low-temperature stabilization (vacuum belt or freeze-dry) to preserve spine tissue integrity and thermolabile metabolites before any solvent contact or mechanical work.
Stabilized material forks into hydrosoluble and lipophilic workflows. Water-based isolation targets fungal polysaccharides; ethanolic processing targets corallocins, hericenes, and related terpenoids. Streams can be recombined into a full-spectrum spec or kept separate for formulation precision.
Whole-tissue path
For brands wanting fruiting-body material with controlled comminution — not a one-size particle target. Gentle low-temperature stabilization of delicate coral branches, then format-specific size reduction.
Hydrosoluble + lipophilic streams
Harvest splits into parallel aqueous and ethanolic workflows after stabilization — capturing β-glucan-rich polysaccharides in one stream and corallocin/terpenoid fractions in another, then recombined or sold as separate specs.
Vesicle & nano formats
Lipophilic fractions feed directly into format engineering — glycerosomes, liposomes, phytosomes, or nano-emulsions — without forcing every ingredient through a powder-milling step first.
Every lane exits through the same quality gate: species confirmation (ITS sequencing), moisture & water activity, β-glucan assay where applicable, solvent residue limits, and format-specific release criteria agreed with your regulatory team. No lane ships on vague “polysaccharide” totals alone.

Processing architecture based on published fungal extraction science. Lane selection and release specifications validated per partner formulation — not a fixed industrial line.
Cultivation intelligence
Our Jasło cultivation halls run on the mushroom.vision platform — 24/7 IoT and bioelectric monitoring, early disease alerts (5–7 days before visual symptoms), and full batch traceability from mycelium to lab release.
